Eligibility criteria:
1. Be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above, depending on the internship
2. Have a good research background with publication.
3. Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
4. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as leadership qualities
5. Be able to handle multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
